exact dates to be confirmed
Allentown, PA
Siblings welcome
Scouts sleep over at the Da Vinci Science Center and spend the visit on hands-on STEAM workshops and activities, making progress toward badges along the way. Dinner, a snack and breakfast are all included.
Registration has closed. If your family is already registered, everything below is what you need. The pack will be in touch to confirm the final dates once the science center publishes them.
The overnight
| Dates | March 2027. The exact weekend is set once the science center publishes its dates — the pack calendar currently pencils Saturday, March 20 to Sunday, March 21. Registered families will be contacted to confirm availability. |
| Times | Saturday 6:00 pm through Sunday 9:00 am. |
| Meals | Dinner, an evening snack and breakfast are included. |
| Cost | $85 per child, $35 per adult. A $30 deposit per family was taken at registration; remaining balances are due in January. As an example, a balance of $90 for one scout plus one adult. |
| Deposits | Deposits are 100% refundable up until your family confirms availability. |
What to bring
This is an indoor overnight, not a camping trip, so you need far less than a camporee — sleeping bag, pillow, pajamas, toothbrush and a change of clothes. The camping checklist is still worth a skim for the basics.

A current medical form is required
Every scout and every attending adult needs a valid BSA Annual Health & Medical Record, Parts A and B, both sides, with all required signatures. The record is good for 12 months from the date signed, so check yours has not lapsed before the trip. Sports physicals and other physical forms are not accepted.
Hand forms in at any pack meeting or email them to pack160treasurer@gmail.com.

Note: the printed flyer shows the end time as Sunday 9 pm. That is a typo — the overnight finishes Sunday morning at 9 am.
