The Fishawack District Fall Cub Camporee is a weekend of camping with the pack at an amazing camp property — one to two nights of all those “camp things” scouts love. Families camp together; a scout must have their adult partner along.
Registration for 2026 has closed (the deadline was September 24). If you are already registered, everything you need for the weekend is on this page.
The weekend

| Friday, Oct 16 | Arrive around 5:00 pm. Dinner is on your own — bring it or coordinate with other families. |
| Saturday, Oct 17 | Breakfast on your own. Lunch provided by the pack: tacos. Dinner provided by the pack: hot dogs and hamburgers. |
| Sunday, Oct 18 | Pack up and depart around 10:00 am. |

Medical forms are due by the October 8th pack meeting
Every camper needs one — each scout and each attending adult. A completed BSA Annual Health & Medical Record, Parts A and B, both sides, with all required signatures. Sports physicals and other physical forms are not accepted, however long you are staying.
Hand them in at the October 8th pack meeting or email them to pack160treasurer@gmail.com.
Guidelines and requirements
- Cub Scout camping is a family-centric program.
- Supervision must include qualified, registered adult leadership.
- Cub Scout youth may tent with a parent or guardian and siblings, as set out in Scouting’s Barriers to Abuse.
- As with every Scouting activity, a scout must have their adult partner present to camp overnight.
- A completed BSA Annual Health & Medical Record is required for the scout and the attending adult.
- Youth Protection Training is recommended for the attending guardian.
