Medical forms are due by the October 8th pack meeting. Every camper, scout and adult alike, needs a completed BSA Annual Health & Medical Record (Parts A and B, both sides, all signatures). Hand it in at the meeting or email pack160treasurer@gmail.com. Get the forms.
